"The spoon is a dish fork"

The dish fork (or „Schalengabel“ in German) was designed in collaboration with the pupils of Oberhof school in the context of the programme "Artists in Residence in Schools".

This special eating device does not meet any pre-conceived notions about eating and table manners. The dish fork allows you to rediscover food.

The dish fork will come in handy in all circumstances, whether you are roasting a saussage on a bonfire or having a garden party. It serves as a skewer, a bowl, a serving spoon or a cutting utensil, and it will perform according to any given eating situation.
